Welcome to

The Lounge.

You’re not here by accident.

Hey Badass,

I’m so glad you’re here. You have stepped into a space that is unapologetically judgement-free where you and your voice matter.

In The Lounge, you don’t have to explain yourself. You don’t have to sugarcoat your emotions. You are safe to share the real, raw, and beautiful parts of your journey.

This space was built because as a complex needs mom, you know what they don’t teach you in therapy school: that the right community can be powerful enough to make even the heaviest days bearable.

I honor your voice and I honor your story. Welcome home.

Welcome to Autism for Badass Moms

Let’s be clear.

You didn’t choose this journey.
But you are showing up for it anyway.

That’s not soft.
That’s not ordinary.
That’s badass.

This space was created for the moms who are:

  • Fighting systems

  • Sitting in IEP meetings like CEOs

  • Running on caffeine and grit

  • Crying in private

  • Advocating in public

  • Tired but not quitting

If you’re exhausted and powerful at the same time —
you’re in the right place.

This Is Not a Perfect Mom Movement

We don’t do:

  • Fake positivity

  • Parenting competitions

  • “At least…” comments

  • Shame disguised as advice

We do real.

Real conversations.
Real feelings.
Real wins.
Real breakdowns.

You can be killing it and kinda losing it here.
Both are allowed.

Introduce Yourself (If You’re Ready)

Tell us:

  • Where you’re from

  • How old your child(ren) are

  • One thing you’re proud of

  • One thing that feels heavy

Or just sit back and read for a while.
Lurking is allowed. Healing takes time.

A Reminder You Probably Need

Being a badass autism mom doesn’t mean:

  • You never doubt yourself

  • You never get overstimulated

  • You never feel resentment

  • You never need a break

It means you keep showing up even when it’s hard.

And that?
Most people couldn’t do what you do every single day.

You’re not crazy.
You’re not weak.
You’re not alone.

Welcome to the room where you don’t have to explain yourself.

Welcome home.
